Hi, all

When we should use

sql>alter database open resetlog;

what is the impact, if suppose we used resetlog option when recoverd the database. what will be impact for the standby database for the recoverd database is we need to create new standby ??

Depending on what you have (logical/physical standby) and how it is configured, you need to take appropriate actions.
