how could i rotate the text inside a matrix cell ??

I think that this is (above, read vertically) "col#1, col#2", and (below) "row#1, row#2".

If that's so, perhaps you (Fox) should create a matrix report so that your columns become rows, and rows become columns (i.e. switch those two).

If you're talking about boilerplate text then that can be achieved with the liberal use of carriage returns.
If you're talking about data fields - no way it's going to happen.
