What is difference between Statspack & AWR report

HOW TO READ AWR REPORT AND WHAT ARE THE THING WE FIND IN REPORT THEN WHAT ARE ACTION WE WILL TAKE. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE HELP ME ANY ON.
