Eh, CM, this is because you don't speak English (as a foreign language).

It means that "generating a library" is not a task for someone who is "very new to Oracle". It comes when "all basics" are learned (while libraries are "advanced").
[I sometimes work as Google translator. That's probably why Italian text translated from Spanish to English sounds so strange /forum/fa/917/0/]

@littlefoot, I tried this in Google translate:

First, English:
I sometimes work as Google translator
Second, to Italian:
A volte lavoro come traduttore di Google
Third, to Spanish:
A veces trabajo como traductor de Google
And lastly, back to English:
Sometimes I work as a translator of Google

This is excellent! Did you mean that you work on the accuracy of this sort of thing?
