How many listener we can have in one database?
How many users can be support by one listener?

Please give me soluition

1/ You don't have listeners in a database. Listeners are separate processes, outside the database.
2/ A listener launches server processes in response to requests by user processes. There is no limit on how many can be launched. This is the "spawn and bequeath" mechanism.
