How do you call a form form menu? Do you, perhaps, use CALL_FORM or NEW_FORM with QUERY_ONLY option?

What? Is it not self-explanatory?

You are calling a form with QUERY_ONLY.

Then you are puzzled when seeing a message saying "form is in query only mode".

Either remove QUERY_ONLY mode, or don't change anything in a form.

That's a pity.

Moreover, you have good chances to keep that status, unless you decide to tell us what you use, what you did, how Oracle responded etc. Have a look at OraFAQ Forum Guide, as it seems that you didn't do that yet.
