Hi rajudprajapati,
please tell a little bit about your enviroment.
- Versions
- operatingsystem
the error is to find a wide range: - name of the reportserver - wrong installation etc.

Dear Sir,

OracleReports10g
Same the application server which is comming with the installation of oracle developer suit.
os is window7

The installation is completed successfully there no errors during installation.

I don't think that Windows 7 is certified with Developer Suite 10g. It means that you might be able to install that Oracle product on Windows 7, but there's no guarantee that it will work. Or, even it you make it work, that it will run smoothly without errors.

However, perhaps I'm wrong and FRM-41213 is easy to fix. Oracle suggests that you should check the report server and make sure it is up and running.

Dear All

I am facing the same problem while calling report from 10g Application Server at client place ..like FRM-41213 - Unable to Connect the report server .... Evnthough i can able to deploye the form at client place thru application server .. i did lot of testing even i couldnt sucess. I m working in test environment pls find below configuration

Before running the report i seen status of report server up in OEM...
One more thing i also tried Demo report from OEM ..there i am getting Internet Exploreor error Page cant be display

10g Application Server = window 2003 R2 Stardar Edition
Client Syste = xp professional..

Please send me some solution ....

Please confirm that you can run the form and report on the Developer Server.

In your browser, cofirm that you have added the report server to the list of 'exclusions' under the Advanced Connections settings.

rwserver server="rep_servername" start

This will use when you are not using the APplication server.... If u have installed form10g and report10g in Individual system then this will work....... My things i want to deployee from Application server....

Dear Sir,

you are right but the configuration is same for application server and if u have devlopersuit 10g

only u have to paste this REPORTS_CLASSPATH=D:\DevSuiteHome\jlib\zrclient.jar;D:\DevSuiteHome\reports\jlib\rwrun.jar

in default.env file which is located at "D:\DevSuiteHome\forms\server"

Do not use 'run_report' but only use 'web.show_document' as the latter will automatically start the report server for you.

Hi to All

I came out with thais problem.... I am writing some step that you have to do it.... then u have to apply some patch file then your problem will get solve ....

Do all step in Application Server

1) Go to Oracle Home Directory
like E:/mid/opmn/bin> opmnctl stopall
2)E:/mid/opmn/bin>set ORACLE_HOME=E:\MID
3)E:/mid/opmn/bin>SET PATH=%ORACLE_HOM%\OPatch;%PATH%

Check with Echo comman whatever u did that correct or not

4) E:/mid/opmn/bin>echo %PATH%

Now Apply the attached patch

5)Go to location of patch folder
like d:\patch\5262397>opatch apply
-----
-----=--
-------
IT will ask ---Is this System is ready for Updateing Y|N> say Y
----
---
It will ask again -- Do you Wnat to Stop Y|N> say N

6)Again start
E:/mid/opmn/bin> opmnctl strtall
7) check status with
E:/mid/opmn/bin>opmnctl status
all should be alive mode expect DSA and LogLoader
Cool

go to oracle home
E:/mid/bin>rwserver server=oracle_test

Doing above step existing problem will solve.......

sorry i couldnt upload file...please send mail id if some one wants that patch file
