I would take this to mean that ORACLE_HOME is not set just like the message says.

After all, it looks to me like the path for the source.properties file is $ORACLE_HOME\clone\config\source.properties

Thanks for the Reply

I have also done this but i am still getting the same error

C:\product\10.1.3\OracleAS_1\clone\bin>perl clone.pl oracle_home=C:\product\10.1.3\OracleAS_1 oracle_home_name=oracleas1
Thu May 13 12:57:42 2010 ERROR: Properties file Not yet set!!\clone\config\source.properties was not found. Failed loading correpondin
g properties.
Oracle Home has not been specified. Aborting the clone operation.

I think system is not able to locate the file source.properties file. Please tell me if anything i have to set before running clone.pl.

Same answer. ORACLE_HOME has not been set. Set ORACLE_HOME and then run your command. Show us that it was set by displaying your environment and then running your command.
Show us exact output of your commands. Do not interpret them and type them from scratch. I want to see actual output by the OS. Cut and paste your complete session.
