Where do I get an Oracle Server V8 or V9 that runs for more than 30 days.

At OTN (otn.oracle.com), you can download a free version of Oracle, provided that it won't be used for commercial purposes (read the disclaimer).

A registration for OTN is required, but it's free.

I hope you have a broadband connection though, because the size of the download is impressive.
