Hi

I installed developer suite on windows 7 and then set nls_lng=American_america.ar8mswin1256
when I use sqlplus to show fields that save arabic character
don't show correctly.do not show "?" but windows not show readable character.
check parameter and know nls_lang is set.
copy&paste some of data that not show correctly on notepad++
and convert data to arabic windows 1256 and show readable characters.
I think charset ar8mswin1256 on windows 7 have a problem or change to another charset!!?

Spool the result into a file and open it with wordpad.
