How to check whether media managment library is configured in RMAN backup in RMAN prompt or is there in any ways to check in OS level

Answer might depend upon which Media Management Library, but you decided we did not need to know such details.

Just execute ALLOCATE CHANNEL with the appropriate parameters for your MML.
