Hi all,

For external tables does not require any database space.But
where the external tables are storing.

External tables are basically pointers to files.
Therefore the storage is the file.

External table are stored like views are.

External table is a concept by which one can reffer a flat file as a table to retrive data from that file.
And as this is a regular file, it is stored in the computer's file system.
