What is the best way to study Oracle administration, is that Oracle student guide or Oracle online documentation?

What will be the general advantage and disadvantage on both of them?

You can study All the documents Here

But Oracle student guide volumes has more clear information (what ever is required at that level) with Examples and scripts provided by Oracle.....
(IMO) first i will go with Oracle Study(student) volumes then go for Oracle Online documents.(to get more reference .

Hope its clear.
Good luck
