Problem summary: Application Accounting Definition Validation Failed for Prepayments

Problem discription:

I'm trying to validate the accounting definition and it's giving me an error "APP-XLA-95486: The validation of the application definition has failed."

The error seems to be in the Prepayment Applications event class. This is unbelievable as we don't even modify this event class in the first place. See attached file of the complete error. Also, this is only happening in Payables. I also modifed something in Assets but it validated successfully.

Customer updates:

1)He tried with unpublished patch 8654823:R12.AP.B on test instance. But it did not work out

2) Please update the oracle SR and inform the analyst that the following objects were invalid.
I tried to recompile them using alter recompile command and it errored out "PLS-00201: identifier 'HEADER_CUR' must be declared"
I also tried the note "435212.1" and recompiled invalid objects and still the same error.

What is the output/log of Validate AAD shows?

It seems like the bug 8353763.
Are you on 12.1.1?
What is the version of xlacpevt.pkb?
Is it earlier than 120.75.12010000.5?
then you may need to contact Oracle Support to get the patch 8353763:R12.XLA.B available to metalink.
