hi how to export the data to give insert queries in a oracle table having blob datatype column in oracle sql developer as it is ommiting the data ib blob datatype and giving,how can i get the data though insert queries in oracle sql developer?

I'm afraid you can't as the only function (that I know) that allows to insert binary data is HEXTORAW which only supports 4000 characters (2000 bytes of RAW data).
I think you have to go through a programming language to insert BLOB larger than that.

To the best of my knowledge, you can't use the SQL Developer 'Export As' to get the contents of BLOB columns.

If you need to move data like this around, I'd use IMP/EXP or IMPDB/EXPDB
