We don't do homework for you.
Post your answers and we will give you help to find the correct ones if some are wrong.
A good reading: Database Concepts, start with chapter 1 "Introduction to the Oracle Database".

Regards
Michel

Most of your questions are directly answered in documentation.
Just search/google.
1). Most probably you are logging into OS as oracle or any use in DBA group. So, it is OS authentication.
2). Do the math. 1 kb = 1024 bytes.
3). Manual DB creation generically means creating the database from scratch using sql*plus (NO GUI). Probably you are talking about DBCA templates.
4).

5). To identify the session. This SID is session identifier.
6).

7) I don't understand your question
7) certain Oracle features that are automated. Like AMM
