On The above specified topic MC,stated that it is illegal.
But if anyone answered the same topic they will get one mail regarding that topic/answer from other
(say like Before MC Update the post i got the mail which contains the metalink solution later moderator updated the message as it is an illegal one?

And I didn`t find any keyword/specification about metalink content on Orafaq forum guides,

If it is really not there i think it is better to include there,to don't post Metalink content.

if it is not there and If you guys really think it is not necessary please ignore this ..Hope this is clear enough...

What about the automated mail from this site before updating/removeing the content from this site?

IS n`t that possible to restrict?

I don't think so. Atleast programmatically.
Else some one needs to moderate every response/ email that is been sent. Just adds more complication.

Or atleast...Put that note On orafaq forum guide(if it is not stated there) and each and every user should obey that he/she should not post Metalink content.

I don't think so.

Because, copyright is copyright, no matter what it is related to. Today it is Metalink, tomorrow it will be some other site, next week another two of them, etc. I suppose that we shouldn't keep a database of sites/documents/whatever that are protected by copyright. If you (or anyone else) copy-pastes some material, it is YOU who is responsible and should take care of any legal consequences.

If moderators notice copyright infringement, material will be deleted from OraFAQ (which is what we have now).
