i have given task to migrate database of size 13 tera from windows to linux . so plesae help me to do that
and are pre and post check should i do

Use RMAN to duplicate it, you're lucky both platforms have the same endianess.

But this is not your case.
Anyway, it is in chapter 15 in the link I provided.
