Hi all,

I have some scripts suppose XYZ which is scheduled on 2:30 A.M which run regularly.

But today that script runs on it regular time but it re executed at around 8:00 A.M.

Can any body please let me know why it happened so.

And if it is manually executed please let me know how to find with whose session it is executed.

You can't. Add a log/trace execution in your script.

Hi,

I is it possible that some jobs is scheduled suppose on 3:00 A.M and server is restarted at 3:05 A.M .

And the job which run's on 3:00 A.M Takes 30 minutes and when server goes down it stops and when it is started again 3:00 A.M job starts because it is not completed.

And the job which are scheduled on 3:02 A.M are not executed because server is down started at 3:05 A.M when server is up

Please help.

Which script? Which job? You didn't even tell if it is Oracle, RDBMS, Unix script/job, Windows script/job.
You told nothing, what help do you expect?

Sorry for that.

They are oracle Jobs (Oracle 10g)

which executes Procedure and packages
