is there some way to attach a PDF file, residing on my computer in some directory, to email and send it to recipient via utl_mail package?

if yes then how? if not then what else can be done for that?

i'm new to this and would appreciate any help possible

No, it is not possible, Oracle reads on the server only.

The easiest was is to use UTL_MAIL - the built in mail package.
