Which operating system do you use? Is it certified with Oracle Developer Suite?

Did you ever manage to start Developer? (Which one, exactly? Reports? Forms? Error message sugests that this is Reports one; if so, why did you put the question into the Forms forum?).

And yet if want you help with this you're going to have to give us more information to work with.
You can start by answering Littlefoots questions.
If you don't know the answers I suggest you find someone who does.

"Why" usually depends on answers you give when people ask you a question. As you didn't answer any of mine, I really wouldn't know what to say.

Have you solved your problem?

Why are you installing Oracle Forms?
