We maintain two schemas one for development and one for testing

developers makes changes to development schema and every time before testing we drop the testing schema and recreate from development schema. We use small sql script which copies all object from one schema to other , I need help or suggestions in copying data, we have lot of infrastructure data and its hard to write in sql or script which populates this , so I looking for some way which copies data from schema to other , we have toad is there anything in toad which can do this or are there any scripts available to do this ?
