while running d:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_2\bin localconfig add in command prompt I AM GETTING ERROR AS
failed to open ocr subkey error(0)
failed to open ocr repository

In order to eliminate doubt, confusion, & typos use CUT & PASTE
from command window so we can see exactly what you entered & how Oracle responds

post results using CUT & PASTE from the following command


SET

as same OS user which ran localconfig add


is any type of system virtualization involved
