I have two database server configured as Data Guard.

A few days ago I had active Fast-Start Failover and working perfectly but a system crash ocurred and after reboot the system, the Broker tell me Ok, but when I tried to enable Fast-Start Failover, the Broker tell me Unsynchronized.

With select sequence#,applied from v$archived_log order by sequence#; I find that sequence 4527 onwards are not applied.

How can I force the database to apply the remaining sequences and allows activation of fast-start failover again?

Try to re-apply archive log to standby
