I have a stored procedure where each query can be executed parallely.
Is there any way in oracle to run the queries parallel, something like multi-threading?

Procedure Pr {
insert into a1 select * from b1;
insert into a2 select * from b2;
insert into a3 select * from b3;
insert into a4 select * from b4;
Here all the above queries are toally independent and so can be run parallel. Is there any way I can run these parallely?

Make sure that lines of code do not exceed 80 characters when you format.
Indent the code (See SQL Formatter), use code tags and align the columns in result.
