Hi,
i have a requirement where i need to upload .txt .doc .pdf .jpeg and save it to database through Forms

i m using ORACLE 10g, FORMS 6i

For text you can use a CLOB field in the database and a LONG text item on the form.

For the images, use a BLOB field in the database and an image item on the form and the READ_IMAGE_FILE built-in.
