Hello,
Every day I get job filed:
Job Run: SWLB_HACHKCOLLT_1_12_OCT_09
Scheduled: Oct 12, 2009 12:00:04 AM (UTC+04:00)
Targets: EnterpriseManager0.<host_name>.<domain_name>_OC4J_EM
Type: SWLibInfoCollectionJob
Owner: SYSMAN
Description: This is the job to collect info about the SW library sharing. This is out of the box. Never Delete it!
Status: Failed
How can I fix it?

I have same issue. We have installed 10.2.0.5.0 directly no upgrade scenario. Still i see its failing every day.
Please let me know if you guys got the solution for this,

Hello There,
Symptoms
"SWLibInfoCollectionJob" failed every day in grid control.
Following message is displayed in grid control:
"This is the job to collect info about the SW library sharing. This is out of the box. Never Delete it!"
Solution
Perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
In EM Console :
GO TO
Deployments -> Deployment Procedure Manager - > Deployment Procedures ->
Now On the Left Top bar go to
Provisioning -> Administration Tab
Look for Software Library Configuration.
Click on "Add" , it will ask location of software library.
Give following path as per your OMS_HOME:
My OMS_HOME is /u01/oracle/oms10g , so for me is
/u01/oracle/oms10g/sysman/prov/paf
Add it, This will add or .par file to library and run your job again!
