Hi,

what set or patch # I need to downlaod for OEM to upgrade from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4?

My EM consolse shows the 10.2.0.1 but all my databases are on 10.2.0.4

You don't have to know the patch number, just go to Metalink and click on "Patch & Upgrade" tab and follow the links.
