Hi,
My database is up and during a transaction data file of undo tablespace is deleted.
what is the effect of data file deletion on the database?
so how i can recover the database.
please send me steps to recover the database and effect of data file deletion on database.

please help someone on urgent basis.

Please explain why it is urgent for me to solve this problem for you now.

Take a HOT backup & do NOT shutdown database.

database is in archivelog mode and i have 10 days earlier cold backup.
Also tell me the effect of data file deletion (of undo tablespace) on database because at the time of deletion database is up and use proceed his transaction.

Partially I am curious how/why you noticed undo got deleted?
With Linux & open files, "deleted" files only go missing after they are actually closed.
So while DB is open, life continues.
Take HOT backup, As Soon As Possible NOW!
