Hi all,

I am converting number to date using numtodsinterval(number, 'SECOND') and timestamp '1970-01-01 00:00:00'
The result is not correct for hour even with LOCAL TIME ZONE because time zone changed two times/year.

It is possible to find zone name for a particular record in the database ?
How can we use zone name with timestamp or numtosinterval ?

Thanks.

Theorically standard unix time is GMT one, use NEW_TIME function to change time zone.
Also search for this function here for some discussions on the subject.
