Hi,
Iam trying to install Oracle 10g after all pre-requisite finished . Unable to see setup file in a cdrom.What iam missing JAVA patch also installed under pre-requisite of Oracle.
OS:HP-UX 11.11
Oracle DB 10g R2
Cdrom : mounted
Problem:

Unable to view setup file, But i can view it if i insert in my PC.
Need genius input to solve this issue .........

So when you typed "ls" in the directory the setup file is in, the computer told you "Unable to view setup file"?
Somehow I don't believe that.
And prove that the cdrom is really mounted with the output of the "mount" command.

Huh? Why do you think an import will work, when Oracle is not even installed yet?
