Hello,

i have a table with a blob column that store csv files. i want to find a way to search all the csv files in the table to see whether the inside of each file has "??" string.

here is my script, but it returns all the rows, not what i want:

SELECT *
FROM test.csv_archive t
WHERE dbms_lob.instr(t.blob_field,utl_raw.cast_to_raw('??'))>0;

Please help!

Don't use a BLOB to store a csv file, use a CLOB.
