imstall oracle 10 relaease 2 fail with xp service pack 3 whyyyyy??? Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.1.0) for Microsoft Windows ( www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/oracle10g/htdocs/10201winsoft.html )

the mistakes in pic 1 first one i gnore it but i dont know if affect on second step or not second one configuration pending for every as u see no change happen just one step allowed is to cancel procees and stop it i give upppppppppp someone give me soultion to installl i use also internet wirles by stick vodafone could that affect in something help meeeeeeeeee

Fix 1, as many Oracle scripts are in Perl, if this is invalid, the rest will not work properly.

i beliving in exchange your information to get better civilization

so i have to say that i arrived for soultion for first problem i was have pearl5 for any body who i succes to dont make it appear again by folowing steps

right click on my computer --- properities --- advanced --- environment varables ... and delet any thing realted to oracle

but second problem i still have it ...still make pending ..i wish someone success to help me .... by idea yesterday i was change kaspersky from version 2009 to 2010 and while i try to install oracle again that pending changed and start progress and install but appear other problem later in install sql which make me stop continue installtion (thats not important to me)... after that i trye to install it again ,but for my bad luck again just make pending whats problem i have please
was in antiviruse or registry or network or what ,,,, off i got headch ... i try since three days to install oracle ad just one time success and now back to first step again just make pending as appear in pic 2

i solved second problem (problem was with networks) and pending start to go on as in pic appear but after i arrived 85% become frezzig(no change ) and i have to to stop instalation so what problem now

In all those windows are messages almost SCREAMING at you "Log files for current operation are located at" and "See full log at ..."

Why don't you just have a LOOK into those log?

Also this "database cloning" of the example database may take a few minutes, perhaps even longer, depending on your hardware.

How long did you wait for it to finish?
