Presently i am using following script

job_name => 'DEMO_JOB_Custnode1'
,job_type => 'STORED_PROCEDURE'
,job_action => 'file_customernode1'
,start_date => SYSDATE
,repeat_interval => 'freq=hourly; byminute=0'
,enabled => TRUE
,comments => 'Demo for job schedule.');
END;

I had a similar case where the procedure must be executed every 6am, 12pm and 6pm.

You can use a function to compute the interval like the following:
http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/313430/102589/?srch=NextJobDate#msg_313430
and you put the function name in the "interval" parameter.

Alternatively, you may check DBMS_SCHEDULER documentation, available for 10gR2 online on http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/appdev.102/b14258/d_sched.htm#CIHHBGGI. Especially concentrate on REPEAT_INTERVAL parameter.

What about changing it to 'freq=daily; byhour=10,18'?
