Hi all,

I am trying to install patch(9.2.0.6) on oracle 9.2.0.4 on suse linux 10.

but i am getting error

Check /tmp mount point free space & permission

Can you confirm you "newtmp" current working directory?

can you post your log file details?

Thanks all,

The problem has been resolved now.

I had unzipped the patch again.

and created a dir under the name of /newtmp again.
change the owner and group to oracle:oinstall ad chmod to 777.
adn export the tmp to /newtmp.
