By using Flash back Query can we get droped views,synonyms (or )sequences.

Yes it is possible if you have the privilege to do it...

SQL> create or replace view v as select * from t;

View created.

SQL> col object_id new_value obj
SQL> select object_id from user_objects where object_name = 'V';
 OBJECT_ID
----------
     61768

1 row selected.

SQL> col scn new_value scn
SQL> select dbms_flashback.get_system_change_number scn from dual;
       SCN
----------
   6233055

1 row selected.

SQL> exec dbms_lock.sleep(30);

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

SQL> drop view v;

View dropped.

SQL> @sys
Connected.

SYS> select text from sys.view$ as of scn &scn where obj# = &obj;
TEXT
------------------------------------------------------------
select "ID","NAM","TS" from t

1 row selected.
