The first

I check the size of Block_size
select block_size from user_tablespace;
the block size of tablespace t1 is 8K

then I create a table

create table student (id int)
tablespace t1
storage(
initial 40K
next 40K
);

moreover

select bytes/1024 from dba_extents where segment_name='STUDENT';
I get the first extent size is 60K instand of 40K? it confused me for a long time

please help me

Check the other parameters of the view.
