Is there a way to store superscript or subscript value in Oracle table?

In string field you store what is in your character set, no more, no less.
superscript or subscript is irelevant, it is not a string property it is a display one.

Yes.
Oracle does not display, Oracle manages data.
Client application display.

It is the job of whatever tool you are using to display the data
