will u please provide me
practical examples of collection and rocords, varray and nested table
i am not having any practical exposure of all these topics
when should we go for collection and records?
when should we use varray?
when should we nested table?

This is very well explained in PL/SQL User's Guide and Reference and Application Developer's Guide - Fundamentals.
