I have generated awr report to find the detail of failed session and the the session that was using most of TEMP .But i didnt find any useful info from AWR. Can someone guide me what to be checked in AWR to get these details ? Thanks

Alternatively, throw hardware at the problem & double or triple the TEMP size.

In AIX, I guess your Database used raw device, not file system, don't I?

You can double, triple or recreate it.
