visit asktom.oracle.com & do keyword search on ORA-01555

You have long running query.
You have another session doing DML against same table.

Solution:
Either make UNDO larger or do not COMMIT DML.

nop,
the query which is returning 6000 rows is taking only 10 min on session,
the table use in the select statement is not use by any other query,
and also any dml query (insert, update, delete) is not ruining againt this table.
this table is dedicated to this procedure ,
its not use anywhere

Do not commit inside cursor loop.
And do NOT post in UPPER case.

ORA-1555 can only happen if some modifications have been made and committed.
So what you said, put together is not possible.
Reanalyze the situation.
