Hello,

It appears I dont have package DBMS_XMLSCHEMA in my database. How do I install it?

Have you installed the XML DB

You might want to consider upgrading to either the terminal patch release of 9i (9.2.0.8.0), or a currently supported release.

A nice feature of DBCA is that you can save the script for the installation/removal actions selected for later execution. This gives a generally complete and accurate set of steps.
