Hi All,
Could anyone of U guide me on How to take backup from mysql db to Oracle 11g database ?

Thanks for your response.

We were using mysql as database in one of our older version of product.
Now we are going to use deploy its newer version.
And in this version Oracle 11g will be used. So we dont want to loose our stuffs.
So my question is without loosing any data, How we can backup the data from mysql to Oracle 11g ?

You need to migrade MySQL to Oracle; Check MySQL White Papers..

Save your data in csv files and load them using SQL*Loader.

Or use ODBC to move the data from one database to the other one.

You can also use SQL Developer, read SQL Developer Supplementary Information for MySQL Migrations
