Sql server(tablex)---data------->
.................................>----oracle(table z)
Oracle(tabley)----data---------->

I want to copy data chane from some tables that reside in sqlserver and oracle to oracle immediate and online.
you think Advanced Queue is better or sqlserver Replication?

It's it's oracle to oracle; then Oracle Replication or Streams are possible.

If it's ORacle to SQL Server then go with heterogeneous database replication.
