Anyone have any code that shows how to attach a text document to an email. I'd particularly would be interested in seeing how the MIME headers are defined and how the base64 works in getting the attachment correct.

OTN has a wrapper package for UTL_SMTP that includes attachment capabilities. Note there are 8i and 9i specific versions.
