hi everyone

i have network in my company

and i have 1 pc have oracle database

i wont know how cant acces databases

A brower does not access a database, a browser accesses an url.

which means Oracle is OK & problem is not Oracle but on your PC

Verify the address
Verify you are able to ping the remote server
Verify nothing in the network does block your pc (like a firewall).
Contact your network administrator.
