I want to deveop portal and then deploy it on Oracle Application server (Portal).
Please tell how can do it.
1) Which tool is required/Development kit for development for Oracle 10g Portal
2) Where to get it ?
I have already downloaded PDK from Oracle site but i am not getting it.
3) How to Install and Configure

Please explain it step by step. I am totally new user for Oracle Portal.
