Hi ,

Is there any command or script to delete archive logs from primary database that are older than a month in rman.

Execute this on RMAN prompt....... Smile

RMAN> run{
2> allocate channel abc device type disk;
3> resync catalog;
4> crosscheck archivelog all;
5> delete noprompt archivelog all completed before 'sysdate-30';
6> release channel abc;
7> }

can use this also

rman> list backup of archivelog all;

will list all archivelog already backup

List of Archived Logs in backup set 112048
