If I would want to recover the database via SCN number how this can be done ?

rman> set until scn <number> ;
rman> recover database;

Hw the last scn generated can be obtained, since the databae would be in crashed state ?

From RMAN list backup and other reporting tools.
You can also use TIME instead of SCN.
