As you'll have to install both database and application servers, setup the whole environment so that the application actually works, I wouldn't know how to do that in one-step-EXE procedure.

The last client-server version was 6i; from 9i onwards, Oracle is web-oriented so ... no more exe's on client computers.

I still want some suggestions for delivering my project to company. The workers there at the company wont run the project by opening forms builder ,running the project and starting the OC4J instance.. all that things which are needed to run the module....thx

As LF suggested, THEY will have to set up an AS and database. You then supply the forms and database packages and procedures. If you are worried about intellectual property rights then I suggest placing all the "interesting" code in database packages which you obfuscate.

Googling 'oracle obfuscate' returned http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/appdev.102/b14261/wrap.htm among many others.
